Structural Assessment
Kulkarni Consultants conducts field investigations of commercial, industrial and residential structures in an effort to (1) identify root cause of structural damage, (2) assess extent of damage resulting from structural failure, foundation failure, and/or water intrusion, and (3) devise repair strategies accordingly. Mr. Kulkarni's deep understanding of local and national design and building codes is an invaluable asset when assessing the many potential types of structural failures. When preparing an assessment report for a residential, commercial, or industrial structure, KUlkarni Consultants will detail the integrity of all key structural elements including foundation, framing, etc. The report will outline the description of the problem, the nature of the mechanism which has caused damage or failure, and a list of options for remedial action including estimated budget costs for implementation, if requested. |
